I recently took possession of a new home build and thought that it would be in my best interest to make sure that everything is organized and that each category has a home. In my past moving experiences, I always ended up with a few boxes that stay unopened in storage. This time around, I wanted to start my move to the brand new home right, start fresh, and make sure that everything that is brought inside the new house is put away in a proper/designated spot. I also wanted to make sure that I would be able to discipline myself and maintain the organized lifestyle for years to come. When I finally moved all the boxes into the new home, I was overwhelmed with how much stuff I had. Even if I now have twice the space and so much storage room in the new house, I still had no idea where to even start and what to put where.
Luckily, I found Angela of Lifesaver Organizing. She was always easy to get a hold of, and she's great in scheduling and being on time for our appointments. She is task-oriented, quick on her feet, and definitely motivating in the sense that there is absolutely no question that you will get the job done with her help. After a couple of 4-hour sessions on a Saturday morning, the organizing task that I would never have thought I would be able to do, was finally done. I couldn't be any happier. She was focused and task-oriented, she knows where you can buy the perfect organizing products that you've probably never even seen, and she tailors the home organizing based on your specific needs and your lifestyle.
Now that everything at home has a designated spot or what she calls 'zone', it's so easy to put away everything. After our project was completed, I can finally be comfortable with having friends and family over even on a short notice.
